Op deze vlucht was het internet niet gratis, terwijl dat wel vermeld was. Onze stoelen op rij 51 wilde ook niet naar achter terwijl dit geen nooduitgang stoelen waren.

Voor een 787 serie 8 Dreamliner zijn de economy stoelen krap net als de beenruimte. Service was oké, niets bijzonders. Ook de aangeboden brunch was niet bijzonder. De vlucht vanuit Amsterdam was een stuk aangenamer dan deze vlucht

Prima, economy stoelen prima, beenruimte ook prima. Eten was ok, blijft vliegtuig eten. Drank keuze voldoende. Entertainment ok, aanbod is wat beperkt. Al met al geen slechte ervaring maar ook zeker geen wow ervaring ten opzichte van wat andere gerenommeerde airlines. Mijn verwachtingen waren hoger dan de realiteit voor een airline die zichzelf op nummer 1 zet.
